Jennifer Lopez, 55, revealed that the stunning gown she wore to the Unstoppable world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 6 was almost left at home.
In an interview with People magazine, Lopez shared that she had second thoughts about wearing the revealing, silver Tamara Ralph gown with head-to-toe side slits tied together with oversized bows.
"There was a discussion about whether I should or shouldn't. And I was like, f--- it," she laughed. Ultimately, she decided to wear the gown because "I felt good."
After walking the red carpet, Lopez gave fans a closer look at the show-stopping dress on Instagram, posting photos from several angles.
"Toronto #TIFF2024 #UnstoppableMovie," she captioned one post, followed by another simply captioned, "Unstoppable."
The Marry Me star paired the gown with a metallic Judith Leiber clutch, Hassanzadeh jewellery, and Dolce & Gabbana platforms.
The next day, Lopez returned to the festival in a more subdued, monochrome ensemble by Burberry, including the brand's Leather Saddle High Boots, an olive sweater, and a pleated maxi skirt with a high-knee slit.
The Dance Again singer accessorised the outfit with brown sunglasses, gold jewellery, and a snakeskin handbag.
On Instagram, she shared a sweet message about the Unstoppable premiere, which marked her first major public appearance since filing for divorce from husband Ben Affleck on August 20.
"Still on a high from last night at #TIFF2024! It was such an incredible experience being surrounded by so much talent and passion for #UnstoppableMovie," she captioned the post.
"Grateful for every moment and the amazing energy of the city."
