The owner of the renowned Charsi Tikka restaurant in Peshawar found himself in police custody following the circulation of videos on social media displaying his inappropriate behavior towards foreign tourists.
The owner, who has been identified as Nisar Khan, was featured in the videos and photographs alongside foreign tourists, with physical contact evident in several images.
Promptly responding to the situation, the local police authorities, specifically a team from the Shah Qabool Police Station, swiftly arrested Nisar Khan.
An FIR copy revealed that local residents had filed complaints against Khan, accusing him of engaging in ‘indecent acts’ in the vicinity of his restaurant, often involving foreign women.
