Nisar Khan, the proprietor of Nisar Charsi Tikka, was arrested following the circulation of photos on social media where he engaged in inappropriate behavior, including allegedly kissing and hugging female tourists. Numerous complaints led to the filing of a case against him in the capital city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under relevant sections of the Pakistan Penal Code. He now faces charges of “indecent conduct” with foreign national tourists staying temporarily in a local hotel.
